Short Bio

Dr. Kien Le is a Senior Scientist in the Bond Life Sciences Center at the University of Missouri. He received the Ph.D. degree in mathematics and statistics from Ernst-Moritz-Arndt-Universitat Greifswald, Greifswald, Germany, in 2012. He was a Postdoctoral Researcher with the Principles of Informatics Research Division, National Institute of Informatics, Tokyo, Japan from 2013 to 2017, and Postdoctoral Researcher with Electrical Engineering and Computer Science Department, University of Missouri, Columbia, MO, USA from 2017 to 2021. He was a Visiting Research Scientist with Baidu USA, Bellevue, Washington, USA in one year. His research interests include array signal processing, self-localization, 3D reconstruction, and bioinformatics.
