There are several ways to customize RnallViewer. This manual covers three main sections for customization:

• Main Display: You can change the colors used to display energies, the height of the genes section, and whether the sequence line wraps around or is just on top, to name a few options.
• Process Pipeline: You can manipulate the steps in the process pipeline, from the fna sequence to ct file to plt to ps to jpg.
• 3D Display: You can change the frequency of tickmarks, labels, etc.
